The concept
Hyatt Regency Sydney is the November 2016 rebrand of Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Darling Harbour, completed alongside an AU$250 million redevelopment that added a 24-storey tower and 222 rooms, lifting the total to 892 — making it Australia's largest full-service upscale hotel. The rebrand marked the Hyatt Regency flag's return to Sydney and shifted the address from a mid-market Starwood brand to Hyatt's upscale conference-hotel tier.
Dining & wellness
Sailmaker, a 272-seat all-day restaurant, anchors the dining offer. Zephyr, on the roof, was Sydney's only hotel rooftop bar at launch, and the hotel also runs a Regency Club lounge.
