The concept
A multimillion-dollar transformation by Woods Bagot turned the former Crowne Plaza into InterContinental's first Sydney beach property, unveiled in stages between December 2025 and the Èliva Spa's opening in May 2026. The 198 rooms and suites target guests seeking a coastal alternative to Sydney's harbour-focused luxury hotels.
