The concept
Hotel Beebop is a genuine adaptive-reuse project: developer Castl Inc. and construction manager Fusioncorp added four new storeys to an existing five-storey building at 45 Mutual Street, taking it to nine levels and roughly 18,600 square feet of added floor area, under an $8 million construction management contract. The building had no prior hotel use. Guest reviews dated June and July 2026 confirm the property is open and trading, describing a small, design-led independent operation with self check-in rather than a staffed front desk.
