The place
The hotel is described in IHG's own materials only as sited near Toronto Pearson International Airport; no street address had been published in sourcing available at the time of writing, and it was not possible to independently confirm whether the site falls within Toronto's own municipal boundary or in a neighboring municipality such as Mississauga, where most existing 'Toronto Airport' hotel branding actually clusters.
The concept
Signed in June 2025 as one of voco's first three Canadian properties — alongside Toronto and Niagara Falls signings the brand has since expanded with a further Montreal addition — voco Toronto Airport West is a new-build hotel IHG is positioning as a zero-emissions, carbon-neutral property, the first of its kind in Canada and the first Canadian hotel enrolled in IHG's Low Carbon Pioneers Program.

Plans include an on-site restaurant and bar, a fitness centre, and roughly 3,500 square feet of meeting space.
