The place
In the Elliot Park neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis, one of the city's oldest residential districts, next to Finnegans Brew Co.
The concept
Wilkinson Development closed on the site in June 2017 and built the eight-story, 168-room hotel from the ground up, at an estimated $50 million project cost, with construction by Kraus-Anderson and design by ESG Architects. It opened in October 2018 as a full-service Autograph Collection property, with a design that draws on Minneapolis's Scandinavian heritage rather than converting an existing building.
Dining & wellness
The hotel includes over 2,300 square feet of event space and boardrooms, a fireside lounge, a fitness center, valet parking and concierge service.
