The Loren at Lady Bird Lake

The Loren at Lady Bird Lake, The Loren Hotels' first U.S. property outside its Bermuda flagship, opened in fall 2022 on the south shore of Lady Bird Lake in Austin's Zilker neighborhood. The 108-room hotel has lake or city views from every room, a rooftop infinity pool, and the destination restaurant Nido.

The concept

The Loren Hotels' second property overall, and first in the continental United States, after the brand's flagship Loren at Pink Beach in Bermuda. Every room has lake or city views through floor-to-ceiling windows; the design, led by Austin firms Rhode Partners, Drenner Group and Fleur-de-lis Interior Design, leans on natural materials that shift with the lakeside light.

Dining & wellness

Destination restaurant Nido, reached via a glass-walled elevator, plus wellness spa milk + honey and a rooftop terrace with an infinity pool overlooking Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin.
