AC Hotel Seattle Downtown opened in October 2024 as an 11-story, 200-room new-build on the South Lake Union/Denny Triangle border, developed by Nexera Capital. It brings Marriott's European-styled AC Hotels brand to one of Seattle's densest tech districts.

The concept

Developed from the ground up by Nexera Capital, this is Marriott's European-inspired AC Hotels brand applied to a mid-rise urban infill building: clean, minimalist rooms, a compact lobby, and a calm, contemporary design vocabulary rather than a strong local narrative. It's a straightforward addition to Seattle's growing AC Hotels footprint rather than a landmark opening, but it is a genuinely new hotel operation on a site that held no previous hotel.

Dining & wellness

AC Kitchen serves a European-style breakfast spread and AC Lounge functions as the evening bar; the hotel also has a fitness center and roughly 750 square feet of outdoor meeting space. Details on any further dining options are to be confirmed.
