The concept
SH Hotels & Resorts' conversion of the former Pan Pacific Seattle into its nature-forward 1 Hotels brand, founded by Barry Sternlicht. The brand's sustainability positioning — reclaimed materials, locally sourced design elements — is applied here to a South Lake Union address surrounded by Amazon's headquarters campus and biotech offices rather than a waterfront or resort setting.
