Hilton's Tempo brand made its Georgia debut in April 2026 with this 148-room hotel on East Bryan Street at Reynolds Square, built on the site of a demolished 1970s state office building. Developed by Noble Investment Group and run by McKibbon Hospitality, it leans on wellness programming — Peloton in-room suites, a 24-hour gym, spa-styled bathrooms — rather than a historic-building story to stand out a block off River Street.

The place

The hotel stands on East Bryan Street at Reynolds Square, one of the Historic District's most central squares, a few minutes' walk from River Street and the riverfront's restaurant and retail strip. The site had housed a four-story 1970s office building used by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation until Noble Investment Group bought the parcel in 2022 for $6 million and cleared it for new construction.

The concept

Tempo by Hilton's first Georgia property is ground-up construction, seven stories, scaled down during permitting to fit the surrounding historic streetscape, designed by Hansen Architects and built to LEED-certified standards. The brand, positioned by Hilton as an accessible-upscale, wellness-oriented lifestyle line, leans into that identity here with Peloton Suites offering in-room bikes, yoga mats and resistance bands, and guest rooms built around a dedicated 'Get Ready Zone' with enhanced lighting and Bluetooth-speaker bathroom mirrors. Noble Investment Group developed the 148-room hotel; Tampa-based McKibbon Hospitality manages it day to day. Alongside the guest rooms, the property carries more than 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, positioning it for both the wellness-minded leisure traveler the brand targets nationally and Savannah's steady flow of small corporate and group business.

Dining & wellness

The Waving Girl Rooftop bar and restaurant serves a locally inspired menu and a wine list built around women winemakers, with river views from East Bryan Street. Bluestone Lane Cafe, an Australian-inspired coffee shop overlooking Reynolds Square, covers breakfast, brunch and lunch, and a 24-hour fitness center rounds out the wellness amenities.
