The 44-room boutique property keeps its midcentury bones — terrazzo floors, mosaic-tiled columns — while adding a rooftop pool bar and a subterranean late-night lounge.

The concept
The debut hotel from Midnight Auteur, the hospitality company behind cocktail bar Death & Co and Denver's Ramble Hotel, converting a midcentury bank building into a 44-room boutique property built around cocktail culture, down to bespoke in-room minibars stocked with spirits and glassware.
Dining & wellness
Municipal Bar anchors the lobby with all-day cocktails and seasonal dishes, the rooftop Sun Club adds a pool and bar, and the subterranean Hot Eye serves as the late-night room.
