The concept
The St. Regis Hong Kong opened on 11 April 2019 in a 27-storey tower on the Wan Chai waterfront, becoming Marriott International's 7,000th hotel worldwide at the time of its opening. Hong Kong-based designer André Fu, working on his home turf, gave the 129 rooms and suites a residential, gallery-like feel — wood flooring, muted tones and artisanal detailing over a more conventionally ornate St. Regis look. The hotel carries the brand's signature round-the-clock butler service, including an in-app eButler chat function launched alongside the opening.
Dining & wellness
L'Envol serves French haute cuisine from chef Olivier Elzer; Rùn is a Cantonese restaurant led by chef Hung Chi-Kwon; The Drawing Room handles all-day dining and the hotel's afternoon tea; and the St. Regis Bar completes the property's dining and drinks line-up.
