Sofitel Dublin Airport, a 412-room hotel the Arora Group is building directly onto Terminal 2 under an Accor management agreement, broke ground in November 2024. Representing an investment of more than €100 million, it is targeting a late-2026 opening as the first Sofitel in Ireland.

The place
The hotel is being built directly onto Dublin Airport's Terminal 2, giving arriving and connecting passengers direct access without leaving the terminal building.
The concept
The Arora Group is developing Sofitel Dublin Airport under an Accor management agreement, after the airport authority daa awarded the contract following a competitive tender in 2018. Accor and Arora broke ground in November 2024 on the 412-room, five-star project, representing an investment of more than €100 million. It will be the first Sofitel anywhere in Ireland.
Dining & wellness
Planned facilities include an all-day dining restaurant, a tea salon, and a sky bar on the 11th floor with panoramic views over the airport.
