The place
citizenM Dublin St Patrick's sits at 67-69 Bride Street in The Liberties, directly opposite St Patrick's Cathedral, inside a Brutalist building designed by the late Irish architect Sam Stephenson.
The concept
citizenM's first Irish hotel opened in July 2025 across nine storeys, bringing the brand's compact-room, generous-communal-space format to Dublin. Each of the 245 guestrooms features a bespoke diptych by an Irish artist, curated by the Irish Museum of Modern Art's (IMMA) Head of Programming. The building's exterior carries a bronze-cast script lifted from the lyrics of Dublin rapper Malaki's song 'Cuppa Tea', alongside a mural by artist Claire Prouvost.
Dining & wellness
The ground floor centres on citizenM's usual Living Room concept, with a 24-hour canteenM bar and restaurant, an open-air terrace, and four societyM meeting rooms open to non-guests.
