Le Petit Hôtel Notre-Dame is the Gray Collection's second property under the Le Petit Hôtel name, following the original on Saint-Paul Street, and the company has said it plans to grow the name into a wider chain. The 17 individually designed rooms occupy a restored 19th-century heritage building, pairing the original architecture with contemporary comforts — down comforters and pillows from Québec maker Marie L'Oie, and Le Labo bath products among the touches carried over from the first Le Petit Hôtel's formula of attentive, personalized service.

Dining & wellness

Complimentary breakfast and barista coffee are served in the lobby area throughout the day, the same low-key, all-day format used at the original Saint-Paul Street property; no separate restaurant is part of the hotel.
