We arrived at 4:00 pm for check in. We were informed that our room was not ready. We waited and watched as several other guests were told the same thing, but they were quickly given a room while we waited. After two hours of waiting, we let them know that this was disturbing or dinner reservations and asked for our room. They kept us waiting. Finally we were put in an apartment separate from the hotel. We couldn't order room service, there was no wifi, and we couldn't room charge. No one followed up with us. It was not what we paid for, and we weren't happy. Furthermore, the service in the restaurant on the second floor is horrendous. We walked in and the person seated next to us told us not to bother to eat there. They were correct. The servers were sweeping, cleaning coffee machines, taking to each other while guests in the restaurants were getting their own coffees and waters from the service station. It was bananas. Also, the roof top pool is cloudy and full of hair. This was not a 4 start experience. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Started with a somewhat awkward check-in moment with reception staff. "Yes we are TWO men with only ONE booking… no, we are not brothers, and yes, one bed is fine for us to sleep in." 😝 Apart from this unintentional micro aggression, we actually enjoyed our stay. The main waitress (I didn’t get her name, but she seemed to be the most senior of the team) at the breakfast was funny and remembered our orders from day to day and also took the time to have a little joke with us here and there. These little interactions are always appreciated when staying in a hotel. We stayed on the top floor and had a lovely corner room with a good view, and quiet air conditioning. We did not use many other facilities in the hotel as we were out exploring most days, but it was overall a nice hotel with friendly staff and I would say it was good value for money. I would recommend others to stay here if they want to stay well located and comfortable in Montreal.

Stayed last weekend at Humaniti hotel in montreal, it was everything we have come to expect from this class of Marriott. Room was a very nice size with excellent amenities, clean and crisp decor. The service was excellent, from lobby concierge greeting to check in and check-out. Outdoor highrise heated pool and saunas were an added treat and just magical as the snowflakes were falling in the evening sky and we relaxed with a late swim. Brillant location, short walking distance to old montreal and hip “Quartier des spectacles” part of Montreal. Staff were discreet but helpful, fantastic. We had lovely drinks at the bar, velvety decor set the mood to relax. We cannot wait to go again on our next trip to Montreal.

I had an amazing experience there recently while attending an event. A stunningly, modern, fresh, artsy and vibrant hotel with very welcoming, helpful staff. My only comment for improvement would be that they do their due diligence to have their EV chargers checked regularly for functionality to ensure guests can charge their EV cars as expected. When I experienced this issue, the staff did work to resolve it but a few hours passed by before the issue was recognized and so I had the inconvenience of needing to stop elsewhere for a full charge. Despite that, I still absolutely recommend this hotel. You will definitely enjoy your stay there.

We had a good time staying at this place conveniently located in the center. The hotel has maintained a high security which makes it more comfortable. The heated roof top pool, sauna, spa and restaurant access makes it very easy for all age groups. The room was cleaned every day we stepped outside. The building has a garage to oak the car. All in all definitely recommend you are visiting nearby.
