The concept
EDITION's first Texas property pairs a 214-key hotel with 60 branded residences inside a 29-story tower, on a site that housed public broadcaster KERA for 60 years, with Bonetti/Kozerski interiors and BOKA Powell architecture aimed at Dallas's design-conscious and international arrivals.
Dining & wellness
A signature restaurant and bar, an elevated pool deck, a full-service spa with hydrotherapy treatments, and a holistic wellbeing center are planned; specific operators have not been announced.
