The place

The hotel occupies a new-build tower at 2910 N. Hall Street, on the McKinney Avenue corridor in Uptown Dallas — a walkable district of restaurants, retail and offices just north of downtown that has drawn a wave of ground-up hotel development in recent years. Groundbreaking was held in October 2024, and the site sits within Peachtree Group's broader push into Uptown's hospitality pipeline.

The concept

AC Hotel Dallas Uptown occupies its own lobby and entrance within a 19-story, 264-room tower it shares with a separate Moxy Hotel, each brand keeping distinct check-in and room floors while splitting shared infrastructure such as the fitness center and a 261-stall parking garage. The Moxy half of the building, aimed at a younger, more social traveler, is published on this guide as its own entry. AC Hotel's positioning here follows the brand's usual formula for business and design-conscious travelers: pared-back, European-inspired interiors, workable desks and a quieter register than its livelier tower-mate.

Dining & wellness

The AC side runs AC Kitchen, a light-filled venue serving a European-inspired breakfast, plus an AC Store offering grab-and-go food, drinks and sundries around the clock. Both AC and Moxy guests share access to a rooftop restaurant and bar on an upper floor with an outdoor terrace, skyline views and Southwestern small plates — the building's signature food-and-beverage draw.
