Unacceptable Customer Service and Misleading Promotional Practices My recent experiences at Bally’s Chicago Casino have been disappointing, particularly in terms of customer service and how issues are handled. Throughout multiple visits, I noticed a consistent lack of basic hospitality. Staff interactions often felt transactional at best and dismissive at worst. Simple questions required repeated explanations, and there appeared to be little coordination between departments. On April 23, 2026, I parked on Level 5 to charge my electric vehicle, as there are no chargers on the levels designated for complimentary parking. After my visit, I requested parking validation and was redirected between several areas, including security, the cashier, player services, and table games. It took a considerable amount of time before the issue was resolved, despite it being a fairly straightforward request. On April 29, 2026, I made a nearly two-hour drive after work to redeem a $175 reward play offer that had been mailed to me. Upon arrival, the offer was no longer available, and no clear explanation or resolution was provided. I ultimately received $15 in reward play, which did not offset the cost of travel, tolls, or parking. What stood out most was not just the issue itself, but the absence of ownership and clear communication. At no point was there a meaningful effort to resolve the situation in a way that acknowledged the inconvenience. Additionally, the promotional materials did not clearly indicate that offers could be removed or altered without notice, which made the experience feel misleading. Based on these experiences, I would have expected: * Greater consistency and professionalism in customer service * Clear communication regarding promotional offers * A reasonable effort to resolve issues at the point of contact At this time, I would hope to see the original and May offers reinstated, along with some consideration for the time and expense involved. Otherwise, it does raise questions about where I choose to spend my time and money moving forward. Experiences like this also tend to shape not only personal decisions, but recommendations shared with others, which is something worth considering.

Very disappointing experience at Bally’s Chicago. I asked a staff member for help understanding how to play one of the table games, and instead of offering any guidance, I was told they weren’t going to help me. For a casino that welcomes new and experienced players alike, I’d expect employees to be at least willing to explain the basics or direct me to someone who could. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, and it left a poor impression. Customer service should be a priority, especially for guests who are trying to learn and enjoy the experience.

I had a wonderful experience there. Melody at the cage/Rewards Center and nice girl (woman, sorry - but she was young!) that paid my jackpot were both great! My only critique would be it took quite a while (10+ minutes) to acknowledge the jackpot and another 10 minutes for them to pay it. She forgot my ID and had to go back and grab it, but she was super fast bringing it back! Very nice place, very clean; gotta watch out for the riff raff, but overall I thought it was a fun venue to blow off some steam! Oh, and there are three levels with a beautiful view--it's really a nice temporary spot for them.

Had a layover between flights so I made a stop to check out this Bally's. Centrally located in Downtown Chicago, which made it easy to go from my previous stop to then arrive at the casino. Parking is available across the street from the casino and they do validate for members (at least for Superstars as I'm a Superstar at the Lake Tahoe location and they were able to do a Status Match since each location is independent). This casino is split between three floors. Also, a huge positive in my opinion is that the whole property is smoke free. I really wish more casinos were like this. I was happy to see that they had Craps tables and one of them was open with a handful of players. They have the ATS bonus and it was $15. This Craps table crew that were working the table were lively and helped to make the game enjoyable. I also enjoyed the length of the Craps table here as the one in Lake Tahoe is the much longer version. It's a shame that I live across the country otherwise I would make it a point to stop in more often to play Craps at Bally's Chicago. The next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stop by and gamble some more.

My first time checking out this casino and I thought it was kind of cool. Of course the scenery in downtown Chicago is always great especially when the weather is nice. They have 3 levels of playing. I am more of a blackjack player however there was a craps table when I was in there that was hot. 🔥
