The place

Gallagher Way, the mixed-use development built around Wrigley Field in Wrigleyville/Lakeview.

The concept

Hotel Zachary is a ground-up, seven-storey building within Gallagher Way, the Ricketts family's redevelopment around Wrigley Field, and takes its name from Zachary Taylor Davis, the architect who designed the ballpark in 1914. Stantec Architecture designed the building in a style referencing early-20th-century Chicago architecture, built by Walsh Construction and operated under Marriott's Tribute Portfolio.

Dining & wellness

The ground floor carries a mix of Chicago-based retail and restaurant tenants as part of the wider Gallagher Way development.
