Autograph Collection Hotel, Charlotte South End

White Lodging broke ground in July 2026 on a 295-room Autograph Collection hotel at South Tryon and Bland Street in Charlotte's South End, the neighborhood's first full-service lifestyle property. Targeted for a late-2028 opening, the ground-up project will include a fifth-floor pool deck with a public steam sauna and plunge pools, a full-service spa, and both ground-floor and rooftop restaurants — though the hotel's own name has not yet been finalized.

The concept
