Aman will open its first Singapore hotel inside The Skywaters, an 8 Shenton Way tower set to become the city's tallest at 305 metres. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with Kerry Hill Architects interiors, the property combines full-floor suites with Aman-branded residences and a private Aman Club, targeting a 2028 opening as construction passed the one-third mark on the superstructure in mid-2026.

The place

The Skywaters, 8 Shenton Way, at the junction of Singapore's Central Business District, Marina Bay and the future Greater Southern Waterfront.

The concept

Aman's first Singapore property sits within The Skywaters, a 305-metre, 63-storey tower developed by a Perennial Holdings-led consortium and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, on track to become Singapore's tallest building. Kerry Hill Architects designed the Aman interiors, drawing on a black-and-white colonial-bungalow aesthetic. The tower also houses Aman-branded residences on its upper floors (one- to five-bedroom units plus two Sky Villas), with sales already underway — a 1,798-square-foot three-bedroom unit sold for S$11.69 million in 2025. Construction reached past the one-third mark on the superstructure by mid-2026, after the foundation was poured in March 2025.

Dining & wellness

Aman's signature dining and a full-floor Aman Spa with an infinity-edge pool are planned, alongside a private, invitation-only Aman Club open to members across the group's global portfolio.
