Waldorf Astoria's first Miami property rises inside a 100-story tower of staggered glass cubes at 300 Biscayne Boulevard, designed by Carlos Ott. It will be Florida's tallest building, pairing 205 hotel suites with 387 residences. Completion is expected in late 2028.

The concept
Waldorf Astoria's first Miami hotel occupies the lower floors of a 1,049-foot tower of nine staggered, cantilevered glass cubes designed by Carlos Ott — architect of Dubai's Burj Al Arab — sharing the building with 387 residences above.
