E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences (Tower One)

Miami's E11EVEN nightclub is extending its brand into a 65-story tower in Park West, pairing hotel rooms with condos in a build that reached structural completion in June 2026. A Fall 2026 opening is targeted, with amenities including a day club, a Deepak Chopra-branded spa, and a rooftop restaurant rolling out in phases — though the operator has yet to disclose how many of the building's roughly 456-457 units will actually function as hotel rooms.

The place

The tower rises on NE 11th Street in Park West, the strip of Downtown Miami immediately north of the Arena District that has anchored E11EVEN's original nightclub since 2014. The neighborhood has been rezoned and rebuilt around exactly this kind of high-rise over the past decade, and the hotel sits within walking distance of the club itself, of Biscayne Bay, and of the Miami Worldcenter development driving much of the area's densification.

The concept

E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences is the nightclub operator's first attempt at running its own vertically branded hotel rather than licensing its name to an existing chain. Tower One is a condo-hotel: fully furnished units are sold individually to investors, with a subset placed into a rental program that functions as the hotel inventory, a structure common in Miami high-rises but one that makes an exact room count a moving target rather than a fixed figure. Developed by PMG with E11EVEN Partners, the 65-story building is the first of two towers on the site; the second, E11EVEN Club Residences Beyond, is a separate condo-only project and not part of this hotel.

Dining & wellness

Amenities described in press coverage of the topped-out building include a day club and pool spanning roughly 20,000 square feet on the 11th floor, a restaurant collection operated by Riviera Dining Group, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a casino-style sports lounge, and the Chopra Spa & Studio, a wellness concept co-branded with Deepak Chopra offering spa treatments and yoga alongside a separate med-spa.
