VERANÓ San Juan

The debut hotel from VERANÓ Hotels + Resorts occupies a converted 1950s office building on Santurce's main avenue, becoming the first Puerto Rico property inducted into Leading Hotels of the World. Its 27 rooms and suites, rooftop restaurant and members' Club House target a design-driven, business-and-leisure crossover clientele.

Set in a converted 1950s office building on Avenida Ponce de León in Santurce, San Juan's business and cultural district, a short drive from Condado and Miramar.

The concept

VERANÓ San Juan is the debut property of VERANÓ Hotels + Resorts and the first Puerto Rico hotel inducted into Leading Hotels of the World. The adaptive-reuse project turned a mid-century office block into a 27-room lifestyle hotel built around Juliet-balcony rooms, corner suites and three signature Ó suites, styled with a mix of Puerto Rican cultural references and contemporary design. The positioning targets both business travelers drawn to Santurce's corporate corridor and design-conscious leisure guests, with an exclusive Club House membership program extending the hotel into the local social scene.

Dining & wellness

Dining centers on City House, the rooftop restaurant and bar with skyline views, plus Capicú, a ground-floor lobby lounge serving craft cocktails alongside live music from local musicians; a sunset bar looks out toward Miramar, Condado and Hato Rey. No spa is documented.
