Tempo by Hilton Fort Worth Stockyards

Raymond Management Company has filed plans with the city of Fort Worth for a 138-room Tempo by Hilton at 2219 N. Main St. in the Stockyards historic district, a five-story new-build replacing an auto-repair shop. The project was still at the planning-review stage as of June 2026, with no construction timeline or opening date confirmed.

The concept

Raymond Management Company, a Wisconsin-based hotel developer that already operates a Hampton Inn & Suites, a Hilton Garden Inn, a Homewood Suites and a Residence Inn elsewhere in Fort Worth, filed plans with the city in mid-2026 for a five-story, roughly 73,000-square-foot Tempo by Hilton at 2219 N. Main St. The building would replace an existing auto-repair shop; architecture is by Gary Brink & Associates, with Kimley-Horn handling civil and landscape work. As of the filing, the project has not been reported past the city planning-review stage — no groundbreaking, financing close, or construction timeline has been confirmed. This is a separate, unrelated project from the 155-room Tempo by Hilton already under development in Fort Worth's Near Southside district: different address, different developer, different room count. If both proceed, Fort Worth would have two Tempo by Hilton hotels.

Dining & wellness

Plans reported so far include a bar/cafe space and an extensive gym, consistent with the Tempo by Hilton brand's fitness-and-recovery positioning (Peloton-equipped rooms and Bluetooth speakers are brand standards). No spa, pool, or standalone restaurant has been announced.
