The Nobleman Fort Worth, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The Nobleman Fort Worth opened in May 2025 in Near Southside, built around the restored facade of the 1911 No. 5 Fire Station. The 153-room Tapestry Collection by Hilton property pairs preserved firehouse details — an original pole, a tiled lobby — with Duchess, a New American restaurant developed with chef Casey Thompson.

The place

The Nobleman is located at 503 Bryan Avenue in Fort Worth's Near Southside district, near Magnolia Avenue, built around the restored facade and lobby of the historic No. 5 Fire Station, constructed in 1911.

The concept

The Nobleman converts the No. 5 Fire Station — a firehouse that had never previously operated as a hotel — into a 153-room upscale property that opened in May 2025 under Hilton's Tapestry Collection. Designer Kathy Moran-Clarson of KMC&A Design restored the original fireman's pole and the white-tiled, brass-accented lobby, using them as the literal and thematic heart of the hotel's public spaces; the name is a nod to the firefighters who staffed the original station. Developed by Jeff Blackman's Bedford Lodging and managed by Crestline Hotels and Resorts, the property mixes 121 standard rooms with 32 extended-stay suites with kitchenettes, and is pet-friendly — a practical touch given the residential, walkable character of Near Southside.

Dining & wellness

Duchess, the hotel restaurant, serves New American cuisine with Texas influence and a consulting menu from chef Casey Thompson (Top Chef, The Mansion Restaurant); the bar has a partnership with Lucchese Bootmaker built around a signature tequila cocktail. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, and roughly 2,000 square feet of meeting and outdoor event space with terraces and fireplaces.
