The Lytle Park Hotel opened in 2020 in two connected historic buildings overlooking Cincinnati's Lytle Park — the 1909 former Anna Louise Inn and the 1919 Earl Building — joined by a glass atrium and reworked into a 106-room Autograph Collection hotel by Western & Southern Financial Group.

The concept San Francisco firm ForrestPerkins joined the two century-old buildings with a glass-vaulted atrium that pulls the adjacent park's greenery into the lobby, and built 106 rooms with a neo-Tudor-inflected, deep-blue-and-warm-wood palette. Because the site had stood vacant for years after the Anna Louise Inn moved out, the project is a genuine new hotel operation rather than a renovation of an operating hotel, even though the buildings themselves are over a century old.
Dining & wellness Subito restaurant handles all-day dining downstairs, with a rooftop bar adding skyline views above the park.
Our take The most polished of Cincinnati's recent historic conversions — the atrium linking the two buildings is a genuinely well-solved piece of architecture, not just a marketing photo opportunity.

After spending two nights at another "luxury" hotel (The 21c) in Cincinnati, we checked into The Lytle for the next two nights—and immediately wished we had stayed here the entire trip.
The difference was apparent from the moment we arrived. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and felt fresh and well-maintained. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft, high-quality linens and pillows that made for an excellent night's sleep.
The room also included thoughtful amenities that enhanced our stay, including a mini refrigerator and a true Smart TV with built-in streaming apps, making it easy to relax in the evenings.
Every detail reflected the level of care and quality you'd expect from a luxury hotel. The property is elegant, quiet, and impeccably maintained, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
What surprised us most was that The Lytle delivered a significantly better experience while costing less than the other hotel (21c) we stayed at. The value was exceptional, and it quickly became one of the best hotel experiences we've had.
If you're visiting Cincinnati and deciding where to stay, I can't recommend The Lytle highly enough. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.
Love the Lytle Hotel! The hospitality staff are brilliant, going above and beyond to give you the best experience and swanky stay with all the amenities. The décor, architecture & aesthetics would make any art lover say j’adore!
We went for a girl’s getaway and walked over to Mitchell’s Spa for facials/ massages and came back to doll up for a night “in” at the Lytle….where expectations were met. We met for cocktails in the lounge/ bar where there was a talented gal singing torch songs accompanied by a pianist in the background. We made our way to our table with subdued lighting and perfect ambiance. I had the halibut...exceptionally well done. We then took the party on the rooftop bar (solarium) to look out over the beautiful Queen City (such a romantic setting) and ordered smoking drinks (ask the bartender).
We had a lovely server “Gi” for breakfast and had the eggs benedict in front of a warm fire in the main dining room (sunroom). I love the history and how close you are to Mt. Adams and the Taft Museum. A MUST stay if you are visiting Cincinnati or live close and just want to escape. Thank you, Lytle Hotel! I can't wait to come back!
We attended a wedding and reception here over the weekend as well as s brunch the following day. From start to finish the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Your valet team are great representatives for your hotel they were friendly ,efficient and genuine.
My stay at The Lytle Park Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The property blends classic elegance with modern comfort beautifully. From the stylish lobby to the thoughtfully designed rooms, every space feels elevated and intentional.
The service was top-tier, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction felt personal, and the staff made sure everything was seamless throughout the stay. The rooftop views are incredible and create the perfect atmosphere to relax and take in the city.
If you're looking for a hotel experience that feels refined, comfortable, and memorable, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again.
Best hotel I have stayed at so far! I went here to celebrate my birthday and they did NOT disappoint. The staff from valet, to front desk, to F&B was nothing short of amazing. Definitely will be back! Thank you all for helping me feel so special on my special day! 🥰
