The place

6 East 4th Street in downtown Cincinnati, inside the 16-story Ingalls Building, a few blocks from Fountain Square and the Duke Energy Convention Center.

The concept

The hotel converts the Ingalls Building, completed in 1903 as the world's first reinforced concrete skyscraper and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1975 — a building that had never previously operated as a hotel. SREE Hotels opened it in July 2021 as downtown Cincinnati's first Courtyard by Marriott, spread across two levels of public space with six loft-style, bi-level suites featuring 20-foot ceilings and 15-foot windows.

Dining & wellness

The Bistro serves as the hotel's all-day dining room and evening bar, with a contemporary American menu alongside cocktails, beer and wine.
