The place
1525 Prytania Street, in the Garden District, steps from the arts scene, local shops, the riverfront and the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line.
The concept
A brand change rather than a new build: the property operated for decades as the Prytania Park Hotel before an extensive renovation and reopening under this new name and a new operator, Dallas-based Dreamscape Hospitality, in June 2025 — the prior identity is now unrecognizable. Interiors are by Jeannine Jacob Interiors, with room types including a two-level District Suite with loft and a Deluxe Loft Queen with private balcony.
Dining & wellness
A heated saltwater pool with what the operator describes as New Orleans' only swim-up bar, serving cocktails and bites from a curated menu; the Garden Bar for botanical cocktails and wine; weekly poolside yoga and seasonal courtyard movement sessions; and a full-service fitness center.
