Crystalbrook Sam

Crystalbrook Sam, the group's first Adelaide hotel, is confirmed to open on Halifax Street in late 2026. The 196-room, 12-storey property was designed by PACT Architects and will bring a Level 12 restaurant and Adelaide's first Eléme Day Spa to the CBD.

The place

Crystalbrook Sam is rising on Halifax Street, at the southern edge of the Adelaide CBD, a short walk from the East End and the South Terrace parklands.

The concept

Confirmed to open in late 2026, this 12-storey development is Crystalbrook Collection's first Adelaide property, designed by Adelaide firm PACT Architects and delivered in partnership with the Samaras Group. The hotel topped out in early 2026 and will deliver 196 rooms and suites, bringing Crystalbrook's design-led five-star formula, already established in Cairns, Newcastle and Sydney, to South Australia for the first time. Its Level 12 restaurant, a 120-seat venue with private dining rooms and sweeping views toward the Adelaide Hills, is set to be a headline drawcard, alongside the brand's first day spa outside its existing portfolio.

Dining & wellness

The Level 12 restaurant seats 120 guests across a main dining room and private spaces, built around South Australian produce with panoramic CBD and Adelaide Hills views. The hotel will also introduce Eléme Day Spa to Adelaide for the first time, alongside a gym, sauna and swimming pool.
