Little National Hotel Adelaide

Little National Hotel Adelaide is confirmed to open in October 2026 at 100 North Terrace, Doma Group's fourth property in the brand and its first outside Australia's east coast. The 237-room hotel, designed by Bates Smart and Luchetti Krelle, will introduce the brand's first-ever penthouses alongside a guest-only rooftop bar.

The place

Little National will occupy 100 North Terrace, on Adelaide's premier boulevard, within walking distance of the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Oval and the Leigh and Peel Street laneway dining precinct.

The concept

Confirmed for an October 2026 opening, this will be Doma Group's fourth Little National property and its first outside Australia's east coast. Designed by Bates Smart (architecture) and Luchetti Krelle (interiors), the 237-room hotel applies the brand's compact, design-forward, accessibly-priced 'luxury-lite' formula, while introducing two full penthouses (76 and 90 square metres) for the first time in the brand's history. A guest-only rooftop bar promising 360-degree views across the CBD, the Adelaide Hills and the coastline is set to be the hotel's headline amenity, positioning it as a social hub as much as a place to sleep.

Dining & wellness

Plans include a guest-only rooftop bar, a Technogym-equipped wellness centre, and suites with fully stocked bars featuring South Australian wines; further dining details are yet to be confirmed.
