Vibe Hotel Adelaide

Vibe Hotel Adelaide opened in March 2023 on Flinders Street, becoming TFE Hotels' new brand flagship. The 123-room, 18-storey property leans on local artists and materials for its identity, with a pool deck and an on-site restaurant built around South Australian produce.

The place

Vibe Hotel Adelaide stands on Flinders Street in the CBD, facing the leafy fringe of the Adelaide parklands and within walking distance of Rundle Mall, the Central Market and the Botanic Gardens.

The concept

Designed by Loucas Zahos Architects with an 18-storey glass frontage, Vibe Adelaide became TFE Hotels' new brand flagship when it opened in March 2023. The 123 rooms, spread across Guest, Deluxe, Urban Retreat and Premier Suite categories, lean into a distinctly South Australian identity: a serpentine chandelier suspended from raw concrete in the lobby, pressed-metal artwork made locally, and photography by South Australian artist Alex Frayne in every room. Its parklands-facing position and proximity to the Adelaide Convention precinct also make it a natural base for the city's festival season, when Fringe and WOMAD crowds fill the surrounding lawns.

Dining & wellness

Storehouse Flinders East, the ground-floor restaurant and bar, focuses on locally sourced produce; guests also have access to a level-one pool deck with a pool, spa and sauna.
