The concept

Opened in December 2024, this AU$70 million-plus, purpose-built development by owners Pelligra and One7 is IHG's first and largest premium hotel in northern Adelaide, expanding the group's Adelaide portfolio to five properties. Its 155 rooms include kitchenette-equipped options for longer stays alongside king, twin and suite configurations, aimed at both the district's growing business base and leisure travellers exploring Adelaide's northern suburbs. As a new-build upper-upscale hotel in a precinct with little existing accommodation stock, it functions as much as infrastructure for Mawson Lakes' growth as a destination hotel in its own right.

Dining & wellness

Ember & Vine, the 120-seat restaurant led by executive chef Kiran Ghate, serves a modern Australian menu built on local ingredients; the Aviator Bar pours South Australian wine, beer and spirits with views toward the Adelaide Hills and Parafield Airport. The hotel also has a fitness centre and more than 440 square metres of event space.
