Chisholm Creek Hotel, Autograph Collection

Coury Hospitality, the operator behind downtown's historic-bank conversion The National, has announced a second Oklahoma City hotel: a boutique Autograph Collection property in the Chisholm Creek retail district in the north of the city, targeted to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The place

The hotel is planned for the Chisholm Creek/Quail Springs retail and dining corridor in north Oklahoma City, a shopping and entertainment district well removed from the downtown hotel cluster.

The concept

Announced by Coury Hospitality — the same operator behind the downtown conversion of The National, Autograph Collection — the Chisholm Creek property is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2026 as Marriott's only boutique-lifestyle Autograph Collection hotel in north Oklahoma City. Planned amenities include a three-meal restaurant, a full-service spa, a pool and bar area, a lobby bar, and roughly 4,000 square feet of meeting space. Given the same operator's track record with The National, expectations for design ambition are higher than for a typical new-build branded hotel, though as an unbuilt project its final look, room count (reported between 141 and 181 in different releases), and dining concepts are still subject to change.
