The place

The convergence of Miami's Edgewater, Design District and Wynwood neighbourhoods, on Biscayne Bay — a site Minor Hotels says will be the first tower in the area with uninterrupted bay views.

The concept

Anantara's US debut, developed with One Thousand Group as a 650-foot, 50-storey tower combining 50 hotel suites with 120 resort residences and 100 private branded residences. The programme leans on Minor Hotels' vitality and longevity positioning, including a vitality center focused on movement, nutrition and recovery, and wellness programming inspired by Thai healing traditions. A rooftop helipad is planned for access to the Florida Keys, Palm Beach and the Bahamas.

Dining & wellness

Dining and spa concepts have not been disclosed beyond the vitality center and longevity programming described in Minor Hotels' announcement.
