Caesars Entertainment and Lisa Vanderpump opened The Vanderpump Hotel in May 2026 on the former site of The Cromwell, at Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. It is Vanderpump's first hotel, with 188 rooms and suites designed by her and her business partner Nick Alain. Reports differ on the first night sold, May 26 or May 29, and Caesars itself announced only May.

The place

The corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road is one of the busiest intersections on the Strip, with Caesars Palace across the road. Pinky's by Vanderpump, her restaurant at the Flamingo, is steps away. She also runs the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace and Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas.

The concept

The Cromwell opened in 2014 as a boutique property on the site of Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon, and the Vanderpump conversion keeps the 188-room count. The hotel rooms were taken offline for the conversion, while the gaming floor and the restaurants kept trading throughout the work.

The design is signed Vanderpump Alain, the home furnishings line of Vanderpump and Alain, who describe the look as industrial romantic. The palette pairs moss green with dusty lilac, mixes warm gold and cool silver metals, and leans on reflective surfaces. Furniture and lighting were made for the hotel, and Vanderpump chose the in-room amenities herself. The treatment extends beyond the rooms to the check-in area, the casino floor and the common areas, and a new cocktail lounge was planned.

Reservations opened through the Caesars Rewards app and the hotel's page on the Caesars site. Opening-weekend rates were reported around 500 dollars, easing to about 140 dollars on some June dates and just over 100 dollars before fees in July; the listed starting price here is 220 dollars.

Dining & wellness

GIADA, the restaurant of chef Giada De Laurentiis, stayed open throughout the conversion, as did Starbucks, the Interlude casino lounge, Drai's After Hours and the Caesars Sportsbook. A rooftop pool and event space called Soleia overlooks the Strip.

No new restaurant was announced for the hotel itself, apart from the lounge.

The hotel has 188 rooms and suites designed by Lisa Vanderpump and Nick Alain in an industrial romantic style, with moss-green and dusty-lilac tones and custom furniture and lighting. GIADA, Starbucks, Interlude, Drai's After Hours and the sportsbook stay open during the work, and the casino floor takes on the same design.

*Subject:** Terrible noise and Disappointing Stay in Room 637 – Unacceptable Service and Room Quality I recently completed a 3-day stay from 3rd July till 5th July for 3 nights in Room 637, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to poor room conditions and a severe lack of basic customer service. First, the room's soundproofing was practically nonexistent. The walls were so thin that every outside noise and conversation kept me awake. When I contacted the front desk to report the noisy environment, the issue was dismissed entirely. Instead of offering a real solution, the receptionist simply told me the hotel was sold out and handed me earplugs to use at night. Because I had already prepaid for my stay, I was left with no choice but to endure it. Second, the bathroom lights in my room were completely non-functional. It took four separate follow-ups with the front desk just to get someone to come and fix them. Having to repeatedly beg for basic maintenance is unacceptable. When paying to stay at a property like Caesars, guests expect a standard of comfort and professional service. This experience fell incredibly short of those expectations. I will not be staying here again in the future, nor can I recommend it to others.

A Truly Exceptional Las Vegas Experience I left Las Vegas wishing I had experienced even more of The Vanderpump Hotel! This was a special mother-daughter trip, and although we stayed at another hotel during our visit, both my daughter and I were absolutely captivated by The Vanderpump Hotel. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are transported into an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The inviting, luxurious scent, stunning décor, and incredible attention to detail immediately set this hotel apart. Every element feels thoughtfully curated, creating an experience that is truly in a class of its own. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, but I have to give a special shout-out to Ali at the fabulous Gigolo lobby bar. She greeted us with such a genuine, beautiful smile and instantly made our last night in Las Vegas feel extra special. She took her time explaining the beautifully curated specialty cocktails, and you could tell how much pride she takes in creating a memorable experience for every guest. Thank you, Ali! And let me tell you no detail is overlooked. From the ambiance to the décor, the service, and the overall experience, everything reflects incredible thought and sophistication. My daughter and I cannot wait to make future plans to stay at The Vanderpump Hotel and experience everything it has to offer. We may have only visited this time, but it left a lasting impression on both of us. The Vanderpump Hotel is truly a total class act and an experience everyone should have when visiting Las Vegas!

Just an AMAZING revamp from The Cromwell. Now, this isn't a huge spacious casino hotel...there's only 188 rooms. However, the size brings an intimacy and charm that's hard to beat. This property has Lisa Vanderpump's touches all over it! A few things I love...the pool isn't a crazy day club, and it's 21 or over...so no kids splashing about. Turn down service is fabulous, and the slippers and robes in the rooms are lovely! The best part of The Vanderpump...THE STAFF! Hands down they are the best at any Caesars property I've come in contact with.

I have to give shout out to few people on this visit! Leona from housekeeping was so sweet and always had a smile on her face... she made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable... also a few of the bartenders at gigolo, Ron,Marty, and Robert were great! Those guys were so much fun that I kept coming back.... good laughs and good times... Definitely would recommend and will be back for sure!! Hotel looks beautiful!!

First, John at the front desk provided The best customer care that I have possibly ever had in my life! I was there to celebrate my son‘s 23rd birthday. The new renovations are gorgeous. The rooms are luxurious and plush. The bed/pillows provided one of the best sleeps I’ve ever had at a hotel. I loved the dark theme throughout. The people on the gaming floor are nice, but the tables and slots aren’t really that great. That would be my only negative comment, we just went to other casinos for the gambling (especially since Flamingo and Caesars are right next door). The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the strip, and wasn’t overly busy on a Saturday… so that was nice. Overall I highly recommend staying here, this will always be my first choice.
