The pet policy is a genuine point of differentiation rather than a footnote: the hotel welcomes dogs and cats up to roughly 30 kilograms, a threshold local trade press flagged as unusual for a Melbourne hotel and one squarely aimed at longer-staying guests reluctant to board an animal for weeks at a time.
