The concept
EVT took over management of the former Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne from 1 January 2026, with a full refurbishment of all 184 rooms plus food-and-beverage outlets and public areas ahead of a rebrand to Rydges Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne — a genuine operator and brand change from Radisson Hotel Group, not a refresh under the same flag. The property is trading under an interim "Flagstaff Gardens Hotel Melbourne" name during the works, with the restaurant's dinner service paused from July to October 2026 and the gym closed for part of the same period while renovations run.
Dining & wellness
Food-and-beverage outlets are being refurbished as part of the works; a temporary Level 1 pop-up restaurant is covering breakfast service during the closure, with room service available while dinner service is paused.
