The concept
A new-build, 31-storey tower entirely designed, developed and constructed by Brady Group — its first fully integrated development, rather than a hotel it took over or converted. It opened in August 2026 as the sixth Brady Hotels & Apartments property in the Melbourne CBD, bringing the group's total to roughly 1,000 rooms across Victoria. A Level 8 skyline lobby sits above the street, and Premium King rooms come with floor-to-ceiling windows and city views.
Dining & wellness
Amenities are geared toward independent and business travellers rather than F&B: 24-hour reception, a 23 sq m co-working space, an on-site gym and in-house laundry, alongside the Level 8 skyline lobby.
