Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne

Four Seasons will open its Melbourne debut inside STH BNK by Beulah, a dual-tower 'greenscraper' development in Southbank targeting Australia's tallest building. The 210-room hotel occupies the smaller of the two towers, entered via a 63rd-floor sky lobby, with a Q1 2028 opening planned.

The hotel occupies the western tower of STH BNK by Beulah, a dual-tower development in Southbank, on the south bank of the Yarra River in central Melbourne.

The concept

Four Seasons will take the smaller of two towers in Beulah's roughly AU$2.7 billion STH BNK development — the taller companion tower is set to rise 365 metres, making it Australia's tallest building on completion. Guests reach the 210-room hotel via a sky lobby on the 63rd floor, with a rooftop restaurant and bar above it. The project includes some 12,500 square metres of public green space across the site, part of what its developer promotes as a 'greenscraper' concept.

Dining & wellness

A rooftop restaurant and bar accompany the sky-lobby entrance, alongside health and wellness facilities and multiple event spaces; specific chef or operator names have not yet been announced.
