The place
On Argyle Street in central Hobart, near the waterfront and Salamanca Place, and opposite the city's major public and private hospitals — a location aimed as much at government and corporate visitors as leisure travellers.
The concept
A new-build within a mixed-use tower developed by Raadas Property, with Hobart firm Xsquared Architects behind the design: bright guest rooms across ten floors above ground-floor retail, with four floors of commercial offices layered into the same building. The same development site later added the smaller Adina Hobart alongside it.
Dining & wellness
An on-site restaurant, bar, pool and gymnasium, plus conference and meeting space for events.
