The place
On the same mixed-use site as Vibe Hotel Hobart on Argyle Street, in a separate tower built by Chroma Group for developer Raadas Investments.
The concept
The Tasmanian debut of TFE Hotels' apartment-style Adina brand, distinct from the neighbouring Vibe Hobart it shares a site — and some amenities — with. Interiors by Clifford Rip of Suede Interior Design and Ian Murray of TFE Hotels Technical Services draw on the Tasmanian eucalypt forest, with natural timbers, neutral tones and soft green and deep-orange accents. Every apartment has a full kitchen, aimed at longer-stay guests over standard hotel-night travellers.
Dining & wellness
Belvedere, an on-site restaurant and bar, plus a pool, gym and conferencing facilities shared with the adjacent Vibe Hobart.
