The Perry Hotel Naples
A Key West brand's second act, built on the Cocohatchee River with its own marina.
Open · March 2025
The Perry Hotel Naples opened in March 2025 (after a January soft launch) as the second outpost of the Key West-born Perry brand, this time on the Cocohatchee River in North Naples. FOD Capital's roughly $80 million, 160-room build pairs an eight-slip marina and two pools with a rooftop Cantonese restaurant, Tigress, from chef Dale Talde. Interior design is by Casa Conde, working with architect Gavin Scarborough of Thomas E. Pope, PA.

The place
The hotel sits on the Cocohatchee River in North Naples, along Tamiami Trail North, with a boardwalk through a mangrove conservation area leading to its riverfront pier.
The concept
A ground-up build by Mike Raymond's FOD Capital, roughly $80 million and four years in the making, on a six-acre site bought in 2021. It is the brand's second property after the original Perry Hotel in Key West/Stock Island (2017), reworking that hotel's industrial-nautical language for a Gulf Coast setting. The property centers on an eight-slip marina with direct Gulf of Mexico access, plus a family-friendly ground-level pool and an adults-only rooftop pool.
Dining & wellness
Rooftop restaurant Tigress serves contemporary Cantonese cuisine from chef Dale Talde, paired with the adjoining open-air rooftop bar Easy Tiger, whose cocktail program was developed with mixologist Lynnette Marrero.
