Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort
Four Seasons rewrites Old Naples on 125 beachfront acres, golf course included.
Open · November 2025
Four Seasons' first Southwest Florida property opened in November 2025 on the site of the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, a 125-acre redevelopment combining 220 rooms with branded residences and a new Tom Fazio golf course. It positions Naples, long a low-key alternative to Palm Beach, as a fresh axis of Gulf Coast luxury.

The place
The resort occupies 125 acres of beachfront in Old Naples on Florida's Gulf Coast, with 1,000 feet of private white-sand shoreline steps from the historic town center.
The concept
Four Seasons' first Southwest Florida property replaces the longtime Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club with a ground-up, nine-figure redevelopment built with Discovery Land Company, pairing 220 guest rooms with 153 branded residences. Hart Howerton's low-rise architecture echoes Old Naples' cottage vernacular, while Champalimaud Design's interiors target a residential, multigenerational luxury clientele.
Dining & wellness
Five dining concepts include The Merchant Room, a New American brasserie from two-time James Beard winner Gavin Kaysen, the beachfront revival HB's, and the Sunset Bar, alongside a 30,000-square-foot spa, two pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, and an 18-hole Tom Fazio golf course due in 2026.
