AC Hotel by Marriott Naples 5th Avenue

AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue opened in December 2023 as the first new-build hotel anchoring the Naples Square development, steps from 5th Avenue South's restaurants and galleries. Its 150 rooms and rooftop restaurant Limón give downtown Naples a design-forward alternative to the city's beachfront resorts.

The place

455 12th Street South, part of the Naples Square mixed-use development, two blocks off 5th Avenue South — Naples' historic commercial spine since the 1920s, lined with over 30 restaurants, boutiques and galleries — and under two miles from the Gulf beach.

The concept

OTO Development opened this ground-up new-build in December 2023 anchoring the Naples Square development, applying AC Hotel's minimalist, European-inflected design language with a ground-floor café and roughly 2,500 square feet of event space aimed at leisure travelers and small corporate or social gatherings. The headline feature is Limón, its Amalfi Coast-styled rooftop restaurant and bar with indoor and poolside seating around the hotel's rooftop pool.

Dining & wellness

Limón serves a Mediterranean menu — homemade meatballs, Spanish-style rock shrimp, skin-on red snapper — alongside cocktails around the rooftop pool. A fitness center is also on site; there is no full-service spa.
