Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort

Naples Grande Beach Resort, a Gulf Coast fixture since the 1980s, closed through the end of 2026 for a full renovation and is due to reopen in January 2027 as Signia Hilton — the brand's first Florida Gulf Coast property, across 474 rooms and 50 villas inspired by the Clam Pass mangroves and the historic Naples Pier.

The place

475 Seagate Drive, Naples, on three miles of Gulf Coast beachfront bordering the mangrove-lined Clam Pass Preserve, a few minutes from Waterside Shops and downtown Naples — among the city's most established resort addresses, alongside The Ritz-Carlton and LaPlaya.

The concept

The nearly 40-year-old Naples Grande Beach Resort closed to overnight guests from April through December 2026 for what Hilton calls the most significant transformation in its history, ahead of a January 2027 relaunch as Signia Hilton — the brand's first Gulf Coast property and its third in Florida, after Orlando Bonnet Creek and Diplomat Beach Resort. The redesign draws on the Clam Pass coastal habitat and the historic 1880s Naples Pier: soft neutrals, coastal turquoise and terracotta tones, cerused oak and plank flooring meant to recall a boardwalk. This is a resort-wide relaunch rather than a new building, and should be read that way — the story is the transformation of an established address, not a ground-up debut.

Dining & wellness

Hilton has promised new food and beverage concepts without naming them yet; Rhode's End, the resort's existing restaurant, stayed open through the closure. The renovation also covers a revitalized spa, refreshed pool areas, tennis facilities and upgraded event and meeting spaces, alongside the existing Naples Grande Golf Club partnership.
