The place
The hotel sits on Belfast's Titanic Quarter waterfront, immediately adjacent to its sister Aloft Belfast Titanic Quarter, near Titanic Belfast and the Titanic Studios complex.
The concept
Residence Inn Belfast Titanic Quarter opened on 1 June 2026 as the extended-stay half of a dual-brand development with Aloft, developed by JMK Group in partnership with Marriott International. Its 93 studio and one-bedroom suites come with fully equipped kitchens and separate living and working areas, targeting corporate travellers, relocating workers and productions using the nearby Titanic Studios rather than short-break leisure guests. As a new-build addition to a waterfront district with historically little hotel stock of any kind, it fills a gap for longer Belfast stays that previously had few purpose-built options outside the city centre.
