Omni Hotels & Resorts is building a 600-room, 29-story hotel in downtown Raleigh, between the Raleigh Convention Center and the performing arts center. The tower centers on a 20,000-square-foot ballroom and includes a Bob's Steak & Chop House, a rooftop restaurant and an extensive wellness area. It is set to open in late 2028.
