The place

The concept
Capital Center South Tower is a 22-story, glass-and-granite office building completed in 1987. KennMar LLC and The Ghoman Group are converting its top seven vacant floors into Indiana's first Moxy hotel in a roughly $25 million project — a genuinely new hotel use for a tower that has only ever been office space, not a rebrand or a full-building redevelopment. Marketing material for the project describes an industrial-chic Moxy design template of social lounges and tech-forward rooms, but as of the most recent reporting the project remains in design phase pending city approvals, and no construction start date has been confirmed.
Dining & wellness
Plans call for a Bar Louie restaurant and a full-service Starbucks on the ground floor, plus a signature Moxy lobby bar — none of these has opened, since construction has not yet begun.
