Hotel Bardo Pittsburgh

Left Lane is transforming Pittsburgh's 40-storey Gulf Tower, a 1932 Art Deco landmark, into Hotel Bardo, a 130-room luxury hotel paired with 220 residences. A members-only Club Bardo on the tower's original executive floor and a full wellness club headline a project aimed squarely at the city's luxury-hospitality gap.

The concept

Left Lane's Bardo brand is converting the city's tallest pre-war skyscraper into a mixed-use hotel and residence tower, pairing 130 rooms with 220 apartments. The Gulf Oil Tower's original 31st-floor executive suite becomes Club Bardo, a members-only floor for events aimed at engaging Pittsburgh's affluent locals rather than just overnight guests.

Dining & wellness

Three dining and bar venues are planned alongside Saltgrass, Left Lane's wellness brand offering spa treatments, personal training and group fitness, plus 10,000 square feet of amenity space including a kids' club and golf simulator.
